MEET FRANK



FRANK IS NOT A POLITICIAN, NOR A BUREAUCRAT, OR AN ACTIVIST. HE IS A SCIENTIST.
Frank has been a University Professor and Research Scientist at St. John’s University, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, for 30 years.
He has a degree in Chemistry, and a Ph.D. in Pathology, (the study of diseases).
He is an award-winning Professor and manages an active research lab. He is a proud member of the St. John’s Faculty Association union.
With his background, Frank will bring much needed knowledge and expertise to the Legislature in the fields of Toxicology, Public Health, and Environmental Health Sciences and can help to facilitate and source solutions to our energy, public health and environmental issues.
FRANK IS A SKILLED LEADER AND ADMINISTRATOR. HE WAS ELECTED TO THE ST. JOHN'S UNIVERSITY SENATE FOR 5 CONSECUTIVE TERMS AND SERVED ON THE BUDGET AND THE CURRICULUM COMMITTEES.
He is a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He has made Westchester his home for 32 years and together with his wife, raised and educated their 3 wonderful daughters.
Frank has been a long standing parishioner at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in White Plains.
He has participated enthusiastically in our community:

Created STEM/Science Fairs at several schools in White Plains.

Served as a Fundraiser Auctioneer for schools and churches for over 10 years.

Coached girls recreational and travel soccer teams for 15 years.
